Super clean room and all the staff friendly & helpfull.. If you enjoy a melting pot of nationalities and being amidst the real Istanbul this location is ideal.. 15 minute walk to majority of restaurants and tram network.
The hotel signage,: great that it is lit up at night but a tad confusing as it does not actually name the hotel!!
I believe we walked past the hotel several times before taking pot luck and going inside to ask if they knew where the Lenus hotel was! We were there!.

Not at all as described or expected from reviews and photos.. Friendly staff, very helpful. Location is really poor - particularly if travelling alone. It’s 15min walk to anything worthwhile through slightly intimidating streets. The area is not very accessible (neither is the hotel). I was dropped at the end of street by cab and pointed in the general direction and only taxis can get through bollards. The hotel was poorly signed (doesn’t say Lenus) so i walked around for 30mins with my suitcase and passed it 3 times! I asked lots of people but no one knew it! It looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. There are no amenities (bar or restaurant) and lighting doesn’t work well. No robe as described, shower was broken and other bits falling off the wall. The first night I got no sleep because the room was very poorly insulated and they were building the road at 4am! They moved me to a quieter room the second night and the shower worked.but the TV and A/C didn’t. They don’t service the rooms each day. They said they had only been open 4 months - so I was confused by the the reviews and photos I had seen when I had booked 5 months earlier??? I moved to another hotel (Radisson old town only £10 more per night) and worth every penny! However the Lenus hotel would not refund me for any of the unused nights..
