Exceptional. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. There is something different about this service in comparison to a lot of other Parisian hotels. Nothing was a problem. The room was lovely. Breakfast is great. Location is perfect and excellent value for money!. .

A great and restful weekend.. A small but very good hotel with attentive and very friendly staff ready to solve any problem.
Super clean room, very spacious and with equivalent bathroom.
Boiler, coffee and tea that always tastes good after coming in from a cold night.
A few minutes walk from the Nation metro and other types of transport, 15m from the Bastille and about 30m from the Marais.. .

Excellent location with easy access to a variety of restaurants and strategic metros and Gare de Lyon train station. In accordance with the Lilliputian Room, the Bathroom was a bit tight.
Slight "amusing" glitch with regard to the faucet in the shower that did not yield the desired effect (overhead rain, whereas flexible spray was selected & expected)
Difficult to hang up towels since hooks quite high.
