Beautiful hotel in perfect location. the hotel is new and really charming. rooms and pool are really beautiful. it is clean and perfect located, 5 min walking from all the restaurants and shops, and seaside. the turkish breakfast they prepared is excellent and the staff is great. also to mention they have parking which is great as is difficult to park in the center of Selimiye. .

Very good. It's a small facility, designed to accommodate a small number of guests. We stayed with our son, so we booked two double rooms as there were no family rooms available. Staff are attentive and very friendly. Very clean, great breakfast (but coffee is extra pay). Centric location, but far enough from the crowds of the main promenade, yet at the same time it's a two minute walk to the front line where all the restaurants and bars are located. The hotel itself has no access to the sea, but the owners run another hotel which has its own beach which you can freely use.. Internet was virtually not working throughout the whole stay. To access the beach you really need a car. Otherwise it's a long walk in the summer heat (which was extreme when we were there).

İf you want to spoil your vacation this hotel is for you.. The garden is nice. Fresh breakfast was good, but variety of food is very small.. The description of the room doesn’t match to real room, on booking it was defined as 20m2, in the fact the room is 9 m2, and bathroom is 5 m2, total 14m2. The room was not small, but super tiny. There was only bed and small wardrobe, no chairs, no shelves, no table for laptop. İt is impossible for two people to be in the room. I needed to work and I needed table and chair at least, we asked to change the room or at least to arrange the working space, ms Ceren just did nothing. As i understood there are some tiny rooms in the hotel and some good rooms. The hotel sell them same price as others. And you don’t know which room you will get upon arrival. İt is deceiving people. Additional to the room size, there were ants in the room, in bed, in bathroom, in room. The water in shower doesn’t work properly, it starts from warm, then it becomes very very hot, then,suddenly, it becomes cold, all this happens during 30 seconds again and again, hard to take shower in this situation. At night there are some noises from pipes or a/c and it is pretty disturbing. The beach of the hotel 1 km away, you need a car to go there, and it is a small beach for 3 or 4 hotels, so it is crowded. The food and drinks at the beach restaurant overpriced, the food is bad quality, me and my husband were poisoned there. My husband was poisoned so badly, that he spent whole day at bed, and this was his birthday. We had only 4 days vacation. Actually, we come there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday and it was totally spoiled. Ms Ceren did nothing to improve somehow the situation, even though i said that we have special occasions. She offered to change the room after 2 days of our stay there, we waited half day, but the room was almost the same and we refused. You don’t expect this when you pay 170 euro per night. Highly not recommended. The hotel first need to change prices politics and attitude towards costumers, not to deceive people with wrong information..
