Moldy, broken and dirty & don’t want to refund us for a stay that didn’t even happen.. . Upon arrival after 30 hours of travel we were shocked. Absolutely catfished by the photos and the good reviews. Although I can only add 4 photos to this review you can see the black mold and exposed wires. There was cigarette burns in the bed linen, questionable marks on the walls, dirt and buildup all around the skirting and floor,. There was broken cupboards and black sticky substance on the sitting area and so much more. the shower was broken and the dirty aircon didn’t cool the room at all. When trying to leave the entrance was blocked by two of the attendants who were very passive aggressively trying to get us to stay despite the fact we had stated we felt uncomfortable and that the room was not up to health safety standards for us. They clearly knew they were in the wrong and were offering us “better rooms” or to stay at another hotel they must own They are now refusing to refund despite the fact we left not even an hour after checking in which is very disappointing. Ended up staying somewhere else. Have been in contact with both booking.com and my bank. Save your money and your time and health and find somewhere else..

Спасибо огромное персоналу!. Персонал 100%- ДА! Есть люди которые говорят на русском. Сначала нам не понравились апартаменты. Мы подошли к менеджеру сказали « это не то, что мы бронировали», нам дали большой номер, чистый, красивый, вид на мечеть + терраса. В конце, нам не добавляли к сумме НИЧЕГО.. .
