How to lose 250€ in 2mn. I made the mistake of booking this hotel through my Booking.com account. Just two minutes after completing the reservation, I realized I had selected the wrong dates. When I tried to correct this on Booking.com, I was informed that the hotel itself decides whether or not to apply the cancellation fees—which, in this case, is the full amount of the booking. I requested the cancellation immediately—only two minutes after booking. I even called the reception, but while they were polite, they refused to offer any assistance and simply provided an email address. It seems this hotel doesn’t allow for any human error, even within five minutes of a reservation. I understand that I agreed to the cancellation policy, but let me remind you that the hospitality industry is built on understanding and flexibility. If you prefer to operate like machines, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your approach to customer service. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I will ensure the room remains empty, losing €250, and will leave a detailed review on Booking.com to warn other guests to be cautious when booking here.. .

Stay away. Smaller then desciption. Does NOT look like pictures at all. Staff are RUDE. So obviously annoyed everytime we entered and exited the building. Cleaning and towel services were not met or delayed. Rooms were dusty and dirty. Location was the only reason i stayed otherwise i would have asked for refund. The WORST stay in my life. I travelled to many places but this place is the worst in everyway possible. I booked a superior double room but got a maid corner room and when I asked about it, i was shut down. Asked for toilet paper but was also shut down because it was 11pm... (?) Honestly, spend money somewhere else.. .

Very good. The location of the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly. We had to make a 100€ deposit and weren't told in advance..

TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS HOTEL. Overall a poor experience so much so that I requested a refund. It has taken over 2 months for the reservations team to engage and when they finally did they gave a sub standard response.  Considering the booking states a "24-hour front desk" - this is false advertisement as when we were stranded on 1st July 2024 due to thunderstorms and phoned the hotel (several times) over the course of the day, no one answered and I had to resort to sending a message on the app. Additionally on the penultimate day when we asked the receptionist if we could extend the checkout time   the receptionist had no idea and said the next receptionist will call the room in the morning (which never happened), we had to call the receptionist only for the lady to rudely say we have 1 more hour.. .

Excellent value and convenient hotel off Las Ramblas.. Great location on Santa Anna with excellent restaurants and more across the other side of Las Ramblas. We had an internal room with a deck. Compared to their places I’ve stayed in central Barcelona, it’s great value for money. Very quiet, friendly staff and would stay there again.. .

Very good. Everything was okay, nice small balcony and big bathroom. Great location and sweet administration.. A bit of black hair on the bathroom floor , and the balcony table and floor were dirty, but it didn’t make the stay worse. Everything else is alright.

Very good. Location was perfect Room is too small, bathroom was wet all the time Heating system was always on and the weather was hot outside. .
