The room and bath was very clean, very friendly stuff specially ruslan he was trying his best with us but there was a guy but he didn’t tell about his name he was very rude and only care about money how was on the phone with ruslan.. There was no AC as they told me they will fix it soon but we couldn’t sleep because of it. the elevator not working also they said that they will fix it soon..

Excellent stay and services from the staff. Would strongly recommend. The location s excellent. We walked down most of the places. There was a pro-palestinian protest on 1st Jan which affected travel plan of entire Istanbul. But thankfully, we were so close to everything being here that it did not impact us. The breakfast is good and fulfilling. All the staff members and receptionists are very good. Ruslan is exceptional. Five stars for him.. I would request them to make the breakfast a bit earlier than 9:30 AM. Also, from the 2nd breakfast onward, milk and juices were not provided. The room heater provided inside makes strange gurgling noise even when not in use. A bit of inconvenience..
