Terrible. Nothing. The service, the rooms, the rules, the bad attitude, the lack of help with bags, the room with no elevator, the fact that they kicked out my coussiin from receoption when he came to visit me saying no visits allowed. I wasted 860 euros on being in a jail instead of hotel. I was put in attic and i kept hitting my head and i wanst allowed to have anyone over and the way he spoke to my guest is homophobic and not acceptable i wish i can get my money back.

Very good. This hostel is top notch. Centrally located, easy to navigate to areas of interest. The staff extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was available buffet style for a reasonable price. Very clean rooms.. .

Good. The location and the staff's friendliness. Super noisy when other clients walk past the room which doesn't make it as enjoyable as it could be and wakes you up super early in the morning.

It was okay. The people are nice and love the area. But not sure i will come back... All the receptionists were super nice and helpful. They were all smiling and made us feel we are welcomed.. The towels and room clean was not so nice. The bath towel had stains and the button cover of the toilet was off... The pillows were wrinkled, and the cups were dirty. There were days where we had no toilet papers. One of the day, the cleaning was just perfect and i wish it was like that throughout the entire stay..

The lobby often smelled bad from the staff body odors.
Multiple spots in the room were degraded/falling apart. We requested a room switch following the discovery of fleas..
