. Trop cher pour ce qu'ils offrent. Trop étroit. 4 étages à monter dans un minuscule escalier (pas d'ascenseur). Quartier complètement multi ethnique; on n'a pas l'impression d'être à Paris. .

Great place for a stay.. I had a great stay. I appreciated the room, and the ease of access to the utilities. I was sleeping with the window open usually because I would get a little hot, and they gave me a fan. The check in and check out process was very simple and ran smoothly. It is also very close to Montmarte, Pigalle, and is next to plenty of subway stations.. .

Meget skuffende!. Virkeligheden er noget helt andet end billederne. Det var meget skuffende. Alt var forfaldent. Tapetet falder af vægge, der var mug/skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Derudover var gangene meget beskidte samt der lugtede indelukket på værelset. Vi var 2 arbejdskollegaer der skulle bo på samme værelse, med enkeltsenge. De havde den første nat givet vores værelse væk til nogle andre, så vi måtte dele en 1,40 cm seng. Meget lidt tilfredsstillende! Vil ikke anbefale det til nogen.. .

Hotel de paso horrible, huele a sexo y además lo saben por eso piden el pago por adelantado, el lugar es un asco. The HOTEL FRANCE 18, id a place disgusting; it smells like cigarettes and sex. It's actually a hotel. They don't mention that in the app's description. You can hear all kinds of unpleasant noises. I want my refund so I can go to another hotel. This app charges you for advance payment, and they don't tell you about it. I didn't authorize the advance charge, and now I no longer trust that they have my bank details. I write to their app, and they ignore me. I will not stay at this France 18 hotel; it's horrible, and there's no security for your belongings. The France 18 hotel is disgusting; it smells like cigarettes and other things. A terrible place for the price they charge, plus the taxes they don't tell you about, and they raise the price by more than 20 euros over the quoted price. Don't use this app; it's terrible. Really, on my trip to Spain and France, you have been a terrible service intermediary. The flight was also delayed. They offer a price and then increase the rate. They lie when questioned about a lodging charge that you, as an app, made, improperly using my bank and personal information.. .

Deplorable condition needs closed down. This place is deplorable. The rooms are dirty, the flooring is ripped, mold on bathroom walls and shower. Those pictures have to be 20 years old. The area is less desirable and sketchy to say the least. I would not recommend this property for anyone . .

Great location but not for vibe. The location is great and I believe you can't get better than that with the price you paid in Paris. Need to replace the matress in room Business 3 as it is sagged which is not good for the spinal. If price and location is your priority, this is the one. If you look for vibe and atmosphere, this is not the one. . .

2 shared bathrooms for the whole. For a so called 3 stars hotel, there were only 2 shared bathrooms for the whole hotel. .
