**They don't care about you, only your money. Simple as that.**. Rooms are quite stacked and you can almost hear everything from other ones, including their exciting moments. Place isn't very clean either. Towels were hanged on top of the toilet so they're full of .... :)) Staff is also full of it and awful- After the passing of my parent, we asked if a partial refund can be organized, they instructed me to reach out via Booking, but they never replied. Today after giving them a call they confirmed they received the mail but didn't respond for weeks. Very unprofessional. We paid for 2 nights and only used the place for 4-5 hours maybe.. .

Was ok for the price and staff was nice but wouldn’t really recommend it. Good location. The water wasn’t getting hot so the couldn’t take showers, could hear all the other people in the different rooms and the first night it smelled of sewage And internet wasn’t working.

Budget friendly and great location. Location, lots of shops nearby and local eateries and proximity to Gare St Lazare. Staff friendly and accommodated my early check in request.. .

Disgusting, restless stay. . Awful staff, awful place! We spend only few hours and paid for 2 whole nights. Had to leave in an emergency after passing of a parent, and when asked if a partial refund could be organized as we were leaving, reception instructed us to reach out via Booking for this which I did together with Booking's help, but we never got any reply. Today I gave the hotel a call, where they confirmed they received the mail but chose to not reply for weeks apparently, despite instructing me to reach out here. We barely used anything, and left the place super clean, together with all fresh towels. Aside from this, the rooms/doors are super tight, close to each other and you won't really get much sleep as you can hear almost everything from the other ones nearby, including some naughty moments. They will also bounce you around on two buildings for the check-in. P.s. In case you decide to risk visiting this place, you may avoid their parking offer, it's not a discount but a scam, as we found a more affordable offer afterwards..
