Good Staff Support. Location wise is really close to Taksim Square and Taksim Metro. Staff especially Mr Abdullah was very supportive of any of our requests. Highly recommended.. Nil.

Verry happy with our stay. Great location. We were very happy with this hotel. The location is just outside taksim square so you are away from the noise but still close to the main attractions. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were very accomodationg and did their best to assist us with whatever we needed. There is an elevator but it is small and can only carry 2 people at a time. Some of our friends preffered using the stairs but honestly I was very grateful for the elevator. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.. There is a mosque really nearby which can be quite loud..

Exceptional. Very very nice staff! Very welcoming and friendly. Moved us to a bigger room without needing to pay! Helped us if we needed and always made sure that we were comfortable!! Definitely coming back here!. .
