Amazing breakfast service!. The Serras is a hotel you will return to, time and time again. The service is impeccable, the rooms have every detail taken care of and the staff is one step ahead of you. In particular, Sandra, the breakfast manager was a highlight of our trip. She not only anticipated our every dining need, but was happy to bring a map of the city and help us plan out our trip for the day. An amazing stay was had at the Serras!. .

The staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room was very well appointed. The reception when we checked in was fabulous. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop bar!. .

Exceptional. really nice hotel. everything is well thought and well done, the design is enough interesting, but not disturbing, the facilities are all in a proper place and of very hight level quality. the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. everything was great.

Great choice. We stayed for three lovely nights at the Serras Hotel and it was the perfect ending to a 10 day vacation. First, the service was awesome! They went out of their way to help you. Second, the room was very comfortable - we were in 501 and the view, size and amenities were awesome. I would stay there again.. .

We loved our stay and Sandra’s company at breakfast. Just a lovely hotel in an excellent location but what makes it very special is the staff. Giao the concierge was helpful in so many ways and we actually were sad to leave Sandra, the hostess at breakfast. She made us feel like we were in her own home. We loved Barcelona and feel part of the reason was the Serras.. .

So happy I chose Serras.. There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Traveling as a solo female, I felt safe and welcome every time I entered the doors. The location worked out well for me and was central to the metro and everything I wanted to do. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and anything I needed was provided quickly (honey for tea, fresh linens). But the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were all really wonderful and helpful. I have to give special recognition to Daria and Carla. Daria was the first person I met when I arrived. She checked me in (I was able to get into my room much earlier than check-in time), and she offered me a tour of the premises. She also sent me a list of restaurant recommendations, which I appreciated. She immediately made me feel like I'd made the right choice in booking Serras. Carla is also fantastic. When a taxi driver overcharged me, she looked into the matter and helped me get a partial refund, and this was AFTER I'd already checked out of the hotel. People who will go above and beyond for you after you're no longer a guest, that is something I will never forget. I can't thank them enough.. The only negative was that I could hear other guests walking around sometimes because of the wood floors in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so I'm extra sensitive to noise, but it wouldn't stop me from returning..
