I’m not sure how it has 5 stars. Staff and very comfy bed. Room heating issues
Steam room wasn’t warm after 15 mins
Not a 5 star in my opinion .. room was comfortable and bed and linen too but it seems a bit overpriced
Also location is interesting and quirky but not really well served by the metro and I’d prefer to be in the marais or bastille areas.

Very lovely and unique experience with cosy and romantic atmosphere. The staff was very lovely and the atmosphere of the place was cosy, romantic and unique with interesting history. Very nice experience overall, i haven't stayed in a hotel anything like this before. Very kind treatment from staff :) The location of the place is amazing, 1 minute from the metro.. The room was a bit small and it was dark. The spa was fully booked which was a bit sad cause I wanted to try it. Otherwise everything great..

This was our first time in Paris and the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone was so nice and supportive helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room we booked had a sample balcony that over looked the scenic view of the city and it was wonderful. .
