. Bu otelde üçüncü kez kalıyorum ve her seferinde çok memnun kaldım.
Otel odası oldukça rahat ve temizdi, her şey ihtiyacım olan şekilde düzenlenmişti. Ama en çok memnun kaldığım şey, otel personelinden Refik abim oldu. Kendisi son derece nazik, yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda bana yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalmayı düşünüyorum.. .

Apart olduğu için açıkçası özellikle temizlik konusunda şüphelerim vardı ama gerek temizlik gerek ısıtma soğutma ve diğer eşyalar çok çok iyiydi tavsiye ederim. Tek bir sorunu yan daire ile aramızda bir kapı vardı ve bütün ses bize geliyordu acilen çözülmesi gereken bir sorun. . .

. I booked the basement level no windows but the problem not with that, with the bad smell, I talked to the manager Mohammed he was very helpful he offered to change the room or to move to another nearby area.
So far the staff who worked their are friendly Rafeik and khaled are very nice.
Location is very good near the metro and the mall.

. I was pleased with everything about the accommodation. Check-in was wonderfully easy, and the staff were helpful and welcoming.
Although the check-out time was at 11:30, Baymari Suites was super flexible and accommodating, allowing me to check out an hour later, which suited my flight schedule better.
I can highly recommend this place. It’s a bit far from the city center, but for me, as I didn’t need to go there, it was perfect. There were plenty of shopping and other options nearby, and in general, I really like Florya, which made it ideal :). .
