. On arrival they took so long to check us in. When I asked for milk, didn’t have any milk. The covers and bed sheets were dirty and wasn’t changed the floor wasn’t mopped. However, had to leave (check out) due to an emergency and asked for a refund but refused and the receptionist was completely rude. Therefore, based on my experience I would 100 percent not recommend this place to anyone especially if the hygiene level is extremely low and the rooms had an awful smell as if the place hasn’t been clean for ages. . .

Very bad and not worth the rating. I was shocked by the reception’s unfriendly and unfriendly reception, the check-in was very bad and late, the hotel’s dealings were purely financial, included in the reservation was free water and tea, but the hotel deducted the amount from the value of the deposit it takes at the entrance, and breakfast was included in the reservation other than the hotel.. .
