Paying to be tortured. You won’t sleep.. If you want to sleep you will be sorry you booked. We are staying in the apartments and for the past two nights there has been horribly load music and partying from a business I can only assume is on the roof above the apartments. Reception are no help and said it should finish soon. Guess what? It hasn’t. I know it’s the middle of Rome but seriously. Not worth the money to be kept awake by drunks all night. Hotel owner should be ashamed.. .

Great room and location! Very welcomining staff.. The location and area of Rome is great. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.. The resturant was not bad but not great. Menu options were limited and food was ok. Room service from the resturant was ok, but the lid covering the food was dirty, had red sauce on it when all we got was a ceaser salad..

I stayed there before and had a different experience, I thought the hotel had gone downhill.. The Rooftop Bar is lovely and relaxing in the evening .. Initially our room was very disappointing and we were in the other building. The entrance to this building was very shabby and run down. However once you got past the main stairway and lift it was better. We asked for a change and in fairness whilst there was no room in the main hotel we got a better room in the same building. There was little or no daylight in our room which was very disappointing.

JUPITER and ALESSANDRA. It was a short trip to Roma to visit Basilika St. Peter and go through the Porta Santa.
Hotel is perfectly located, clean, friendly and to be recommended. One small issue are the quite loud early mornings which are caused (I guess) by not sufficient isolation
of the windows.
But to be specially recommended is the terrace restaurant JUPITER with lovely view over the roofs of Roma and ESPECIALLY the pleasant atmosphere and tasty Italian food. Pasta is great and the desserts are sweet surprise.
The lady ALESSANDRA, the "good ghost" of the restaurant is friendly, sympathetic and always ready to help, suggest, recommend and make the guests to feel just like at home.

We have stayed here 3 times and recommend it to others. Love the convenience of the location.. Location and Music College playing nearby!. The TV and safe did not work when we arrived but staff came quickly and sorted the safe and the TV was sorted by the following day..
