Could be better with improved service and management. Varied buffet menu for breakfast. Ability to order light snack such as pizza in evening. Staff were generally friendly. Room facilities were adequate.. Location. The Booking.com website says the hotel is 300m from the nearest metro station. We found it to be further than that, and when we checked Google maps it says the distance is 700m. If you want to avoid a steep ascent of over 40 steps, that goes up to 800m. There are very few restaurants within a 10 minutes walk of the hotel. The hotel was let down by poor service. For example, when we used the small milk cartons provided to make tea or coffee in our room, we expected these to be automatically replaced the next day, but that never happened during our entire 6 day stay. We always had to go down to reception to get more. One morning we went for an early 7.30 breakfast. When we saw there was no butter and asked for more, we were simply told that it had run out. When we arrived at the hotel, a light bulb in our room was not working. We told reception, and it was replaced, but in such a way that when we turned out the main lights before sleeping, that light remained on. Small things, but cumulatively they created a poor impression..

Lovely hotel but too far out from centre. Once at the hotel, we had a pleasant stay but for me it’s too far out of the centre, although commutable on the metro which is 10/15 min walk away and 15 mins to centre. Once out of the metro heading to hotel, Google Maps sent us up 98 steps, with a suitcase which was a nightmare! The hotel is in a rather random location, when you’re walking to it you think ‘is it really along here?!’ It’s in a residential area and doesn’t appear to have anything going on nearby so that is a negative I felt, no vibe. Hotel lovely and modern, great breakfast in a lovely room, fab coffee and nice atmosphere, so thumbs up to that but would be really nice if there was a hot drinks machine in the lounge area, we sat up there one night and thought it was a shame that we couldn’t help ourselves to a coffee etc. Definitely need more hooks for towels! There one tiny hook in bathroom, that’s not adequate when you have two big bath sheets. We were ‘told off’ for drying some clothes on the wardrobe doors but there was no other option. In summary, really nice hotel but for me, it’s too far out.. .

Location, staff are very good. Lobby area functional.Room needs renovation, hope to have next time. Good location staff very friendly and efficient. Lobby and breakfast area very accommodating.. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The room and bathroom needs an urgent renovation including the wooden floor which is falling apart. We returned in the evening to the hotel, showering after 22:00 is not enjoyable as there is no hot water. The acoustics in the room in regards to the outer corridor are very bad. Every person who passes in the corridor is heard on the inside of the room..

Stay was great. Staff was exceptional. We left a cellphone and they were great about locating it and holding it until it could be returned.. English skills of front desk were just OK. Just the one lady, the rest of the staff was great and she was still friendly..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Just what you would expect from a city hotel, all of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble them, we had an enjoyable stay, it was also very clean and with breakfast included, it is located only a 5 minute walk to the local metro station so was very easy and quick to get to Rome city centre. .
