Good. Very good location (right next to the beach).. Struggled with the wifi since it never worked properly, the all inclusive drinks were not including some cocktails and after 11 pm we had to pay for all the drinks..

Very good. Location was good, friendly staffs, clean. Everything was great except the night shift reception as he wasnt respectful at all. You dont see this behaviour even in 1 stars hotel. Every other staff however was really friendly and nice..

Horrible. Nothing everything was bad, the bed is only for 1 person, the towel was dirty with defacting and make up even the new towels that we ordered was very dirty.
The quilt was like towel and dirtty, bed sheet was all hair.
AC was small and even not cold at all.
The receptionest was rude and even they dont give 2 room card, once you remove the card in the room the ac will close and you have to wait for hours to keep the room cool. Nothing.

Passable. The location is excellent just in the middle of the new town 😀. Arrived the reception was cold, not friendly at all, no information given of time's for breakfast facilities, this was an all-inclusive hotel not a mention to try Upsall this. A lovely man in the morning collecting the dishes was so friendly that I can not pronounce his name, so chatty.only been there 4 months 😄.

I recommend. Good hospitality, cleaning, people in the reception very polite and good breakfast. Very noise, because of lot of people who came from different places of the world and different cultures. Maybe the hotel may establish rules and regulations.
