Good location but not quite 4 star. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - in fact, most of the major sights were in walking distance.
The rooms were on the small side compared with others on our trip but that wasn't really a problem. Beds were comfortable although pillows were very flat. The bathroom was fine, with a bath/shower, although the water pressure for the shower was sometimes an issue. There was also a bit of noise from other rooms - we could hear coughing and snoring from neighbouring rooms.
Breakfast was fine - a reasonable selection of food and drink was on offer, including breads, pastries, egg, cold meats and cheeses and fruit, cereal and yoghurt.
However, the rooms didn't come with coffee/tea making facilities; not even bottles of water were provided to the rooms. There was a fridge with some food/drink for purchase, but there was a note on the fridge door, unreasonably in our opinion, stating that food and drink bought externally was not allowed in the room or fridge. Something we have never come across before. We wouldn't stay here again for this reason. . .

Great family break. Perfect location, the room was very clean, good breakfast ( especially fresh pastry and bread), nice and helpful receptionists.. The room looked a little bit tired..

Would definitely stay here again. Superb location just off Piazza Barberini, 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain or Spanish Streps, metro 1 minute walk. Staff were super friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was basic enough but that’s what I expected from past experiences of Italy.

I myself are planning to come to Rome and stay at the hotel.. Actually my daughter and her sons came, I just paid the hotel on half term holiday. My daughter Mrs Kirst said, there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. In the reception was one of the staff who agreed to make coffee around 6am. The other staff refused. The lady got a €20 as thank you!!.
