Very good. The bathroom was very good, a lot of hot water , clean big towels.The personnel is very polite and friendly. Heating is very strong and it is warm in the room.. The Internet connection was poor.Parking is quite difficult.There was cigarette smell..

We made the reservation for business travel, asking from the beginning for invoice for company
We had to loose 2 hours at the checkout with the reception staff to convince them that the invoice must be issued for our company, not to booking.com....
The smell all over indicates an old, not renovated middle ages hotel. Dirty.
Despite we did pay for breakfast we did not eat anything after seing "the offer". No way!!!
We spent 1 hour on the small terace of the hotel, nobody asked if we need anything to drink or we've just decided to loose our time there...
Worst experience ever!!!!!.

Enjoyed, but hotel did not meet expectations of look, feel & facilities.. I would like to single out Ms. Nuriya from the reception staff team who went out of her way to help us, make our stay comfortable and listen to our requests. She organized a breakfast on our checkout day earlier than their usual start time. Ms. Nuriya was extremely cooperative, courteous, friendly and warm.. The other reception staff besides Ms. Nuriya who were curt and not so polite. Hotel is dated, not exactly value for the price charged. Breakfast spread could be better. Rooms do not match the photos on the website exactly..
