Lovely staff at reception and breakfast. Good, convenient location.. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff and good quality food.. Room size (especially the bathroom) was cramped and the noise from other rooms was loud..

Heat Stroke. If I could I would give them no stars. They advertised air conditioning, but our 2 rooms were almost 95 degrees in them with no working A/C they would not move our rooms, there were 5 of us and we all got extremely ill from the heat. They said they would refund some of the money they never did and they have ignored all efforts to correct the problem. Don't trust them or their employees.. .

Terrible and no wifi. They had no wifi connection in our room, which is apparently a floor wide issue. The front desk staff avoided moving us to a new room. Additionally the shower was not properly attached to the wall meaning taking a proper shower was impossible and the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall this hotel was horrifically overpriced and should be avoided at all costs.. .

Very good. Very good hotel. I can recomnand this hotel to everyone hoe wants a pleasant stay in Rome. Rooms were good. Everybody happy. The location is quite. We will be here next year. The receptionist Massimo is a very nice guy en very polite and helpful. .
