Very very bad hotel, disappointed with the staff and the cleanliness. Location. Disrespectful staff No cleaning was done even when we asked them to clean they did not come I was sick and needed to change the sheets because I had night sweats due to a fever I had, they did not change the sheets We had to ask everyday for new towels and shower gel and shampoo The coffee glasses were never cleaned and they did not replace the water bottles or the tea and coffee The staff were impolite and mean and of no or little help I would never ever book again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Good location,Staff are friendly and affordable.. location is good,comfortable bed and good price. water spills from shower room up to the toilet floor.

Well designed, comfortable hotel. Small but very comfortable number. The bed is super best, with good cotton linen. Nice designed hotel. Strategic location for travelers and nomads and tourists. Didn't give promised breakfast.

Not recommended. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location which is very close to Istiklal street and the touristic areas.. The rooms are not clean, toilets are super tiny(even in a suite room). One of the hotel receptionist is impolite and unprofessional. He watched football very loudly at night, doesn't care about our requests and super rude..

Clean and Comfortable Stay & Courteous Staff . The Hotel is located at walking distance from the bustling Istiklal Caddesi Street and Taksim Square. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a hassle free check in. The staff are courteous and made us feel at home and the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this place. . .
