cannot speak English . reception staff cannot speak English, no greetings, not helpful, we asked problem on safe box, it took two days and just changed another one but still cannot use, breakfast is very weak, room card not working each time you use, second day no compliment water, coffee or tea, everyday needs to ask, only location is good nearby metro
