Exceptional. 1. Beds; comfortable, quiet room - we are light sleepers and didn't hear anything. 2. Room; clean and warm (great after a Long day of sightseeing in the pouring rain).. bathrom and shower are spatious and good looking. 3.wifi; good 4. Breakfast; traditional turkish breakfast is a feast for all you senses - we were full! Food was very diverse and healthy. 5. Staff is extremely friendly and the house cat is their No°1 employee! We woukd definetly recommend!. All was great..

The overall experience of staying at the hotel was beyond expectations and very pleasant.. Our stay at the Poem Hotel was wonderful. We were a group of 6 friends and we enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were spacious, decorated with all the necessary equipment. The hotel has a wonderful room for socializing, breakfasts were plentiful, tasty and very nicely served. At the hotel, we were greeted at the reception by Eren, who is very communicative, friendly and ready to help. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is boutique and of a very high standard.. .

Thank you very much for your attitude and hospitali. The hotel is excellent, very nice, beautiful, the location is almost flawless because it is in the part of the city where the Top Cops are. From this part of the city it's easy to move to the other side, to get to the shopping complexes, to the museum of modern art, to the famous White Palace, which I highly recommend you to visit. So if you need a good location, a cozy and stylish hotel this is it! The hotel is made in the style of a book club. Nice color palette and interesting interior. Service and breakfast are very good. Usually Turkish breakfast, unusual for a European person. And in some hotels objectively there is nothing to eat. But in this hotel everything is served in such a way that you are full. And this is a big plus, I think that the breakfast is very good, hearty. But the biggest plus of the hotel is the staff. Such friendly, such responsive staff I probably have not met in any hotel in Istanbul, even in more expensive options. As for the rooms, the rooms are good. They are not very big, but enough to fit two people comfortably. There were floor-to-ceiling windows, at least in our room. And while there, I wouldn't say there's a very good view from the window, it still adds to the feeling of spaciousness. Special thanks to Eren! He just make our stay!. On the minuses. If I were the hotel management, I would pay a little attention to the bathrooms. For example, in our room it would be nice to replace the shower, faucet and door to the shower, because they are already a little bit old. And the door to the bathroom did not close tightly and with a key. Privacy was respected, but it would be better to solve this problem. Otherwise, no complaints at all..

Exceptional. I recently stayed at Hotel Poem in Istanbul and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore the city on foot, with everything easily accessible. The property is impeccably clean and very quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. My room featured a breathtaking sea view that added a touch of magic to my stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a delightful mix of traditional Turkish dishes and sweet treats that exceeded my expectations. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredibly kind and courteous staff, especially Eeron. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my visit, making every conversation a pleasure. I can’t wait to return to Hotel Poem on my next trip to Istanbul!. .

Perfect.. The staff at Hotel Poem was wonderful. They were all very kind and very helpful and very welcoming. Eren is amazing!. Our room was a bit small, though it wasn't necessarily a problem. We had an inexpensive rate and we're in an old city packed with buildings..
