Overall Value for the money just because of the location Front of Bosporus. The location of the Hotel Busy Street nearby so many things and attractions. There is no Lift in the hotel you have to carry your bags to 3 floors on narrow stairs.

Pleasant. Nice apartment, clean, big windows. I've chosen the apartment, because it was with "sea view" in description. But there is no sea view, only "road and opposite building view". It's more expensive that it should be..

Don’t Book this Hotel!!!. Nothing!!. It was horrible! We booked for our Family 4 Rooms. In 2 Of the rooms the Doors Could not be closed. So 4 of my Family members had to sleep for one night in a Room that has capacity for only 2 People. The next day we checked out. The Showers werw also not properly working!! We are still waiting for our Money!!!
So don’t Book this Hotel! Its a pure Scam!!!.

Friendly staff and great location but some disturbance due to ongoing construction. The staff was very friendly and the location is good, right next to the ferry terminal and the BAU campus in Besiktas. The room was ok and they are currently in the process of upgrading/renovating the property.. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction work ongoing during my stay, leading to noise and dirt Also the room was not completely finished, e.g. bed lamps were still missing and the door frame was still only partly assembled. Also water pressure was low sometimes so it was a little challenging during showers..
