I believe these issues fall below the standard one would expect,. Nothing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues:
Upon checking into the first room, we discovered that both the toilet and shower drain were blocked. We were subsequently moved to another room.
In the new room, there were no towels provided. I called the receptionist to request towels, and while he initially asked me to come down to retrieve them, I explained that I was wet and requested they be brought to the room. He agreed but never followed through.
We encountered at least two cockroaches in the room, which was highly unpleasant.
Lastly, the heating system was extremely noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off to get any rest..

Good. Hairdryer was broken but we got immediately a replacement.
Location is very good for people coming by car from Germany and garage is quite cheap. Doors are very thin. You hear people in the hallway.
