Nice stay in Paris. Excellent location, friendly staff, nice facilities, easy to find, nice cafe's and restaurants in the area, not far from Gare du Nord and/or Gare de l'Est.. A bit pricey and we had a floor on the ground floor. It was quite drafty with the windows. Luckily there was great heating and this is also the way it is in Paris..

Arriving at reception he offered excellent customer service and suggestions to the area. Got there late evening after a long trip from London and Vincent was very welcoming.
As was Sonia during the morning shifts always smiling and friendly!
• Upgraded to a balcony room
with a gorgeous view of Sacre Couer. Extra €15 for this room
if available but totally worth it.
• The location is ideal with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars and a mini-mary 5 minutes away and close vicinity to central Paris by Metro from
Grand Boulevard (this station is nicer than Chateau de Est which can appear quite ghetto and is 10 mins apart). .

Lovely stylish hotel within bar/theatre district. Really lovely hotel & super friendly service. Room service menu was limited although the continental breakfast each day was very nice. Great location for the train station, cute bistros but a longer walk to shops/main attractions. Otherwise spot on & would return another time! Thank you to the staff.. .

it was great, we had an amazing time. small but nice room, very quite although we were in the middle of the city. very close to metro stations and the Louvre, surrounded by cafes and restaurants…. one of the receptionist was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful!!. .
