Exceptional service. Staff were so friendly and helpful from our arrival until even after we left.
We booked last minute as our original hotel was very poor and we had to check out. We arrived late evening at Oasi San Francesco. Reception and kitchen staff were accommodating in keeping the kitchen open so we could have dinner. Friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our 3 night stay even with our very limited Italian.
Even after we checked out, a misplaced passport was brought out to the airport by Giovanni on reception duty as no taxi was immediately available.
Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was at additional charge but sufficient for our needs.. Nothing. The hotel itself more than met our needs on very short notice and the staff were all excellent..

The room is huge and clean.
They sell any type of drinks and snacks, and we can enjoy it even until night.. My room is very close with the corridor door which every guest who wants to go to their room, will go through this door.
It is very noisy in the morning around 7 AM because the guests always go in and out through this door.
It would be better if the corridor door keeps opening without closing,
in order to avoid disturb other guests. Thank you..
