I just spend 2 nights only in the hotel not days and it was not as good as I expected to be .. They had a polite and friendly reception staff and good location,. but the building was old and the sounds of cars were directly come inside the rooms because the windows were not completely closed to made sound proofing and it was uncomfortable.in 2 nights I changed 3 rooms at the same building because of water leaking in the bathroom, bad cigars smells, and not completely closed the windows to prevent the sound from outssude..

Passable. Nothing. Room without a Window and it’s not mentioned on the booking itself. You need to pay extra 10-20€ to change to better room, If you are going to stay just to sleep ok for 10-12 hours Shower was dirty and hair of previous guests in bathroom TV Remote is broken, AC has smell, maybe cigarettes.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE. The description of the room says city view but when i got there they gave me a room at level minus 2 with no windows !!!!! The noise was also terrible. I asked the day receptionist to change my room as i was really panicking down there. To be fair he tried to help me as much as he could but he had no permission from his manager ( on the phone ) who wanted further payment. I was very tired so i took some sleeping tablets to try and forget until the morning. However i woke up after a few hours cause there was a family with a child that was making a lot of noise . I went to reception and asked for my room to be changed as i was really exhausted. The night receptionist was very abusive and even told me that he was not tired and it was not my problem if i was tired . He asked again for more money and even asked me why i was making it a big story to give them more money !!!!! It was around 4 in the morning by then and i was extremely exhausted so even tough it s very far from my style i said : 'f...g hotel '. The receptionist said that he would call the police ! He even said that in Turkey women cannot raise their voice with a man !!!!!! Finally the front desk manager came and he seemed like a nice person and said that if i wanted to go they would issue a refund. Unfortunately,even he deceived me cause booking,com tried to get a refund from them multiple times and they declined !!!! All this taking into consideration that i paid for 4 nights and i had to leave after a few hours in the middle of the night in an area in Istanbul that it s far from the center and that i was not familiar with . It is just beyond me how this kind of people can work with public ! I choose this hotel based on the good reviews but i honestly do not understand how they got them !!!! Def keep away especially if you are a woman travelling alone. .
