Outstanding place to stay in amazing Istranbul, highly recommended. The breakfast is very good, the location is great, the staff friendly and professional. The room is outstanding and impeccable, they take car of every detail. In the room there was kettle with sachets of coffee, tea and water replenishment daily, which is a nice detail (from my experience in hotels I've seen it only on the first day as a welcoming gift) Room was beautiful, all brand new, with all amenities (slippers, shoehorns, hair cap) My room was located in front of the lift and there was no issue with any noise, very well noise isolated.. I requested the transfer from the airport because of my late night arrival in Istanbul. I received precise instructions from the Hotel for when I arrived at the airport: I was to meet my driver at Exit 14 at the airport and he would be waiting for me with proper identification. When I left the airport I could not find my driver, there was no one with the expected identification. An unknown person, without identification and with bad manners told me to go to the basement where my driver was waiting for me. I did not trust it and kept waiting for my driver to show up. Luckily the hotel gave me a phone number to call them if I had any problems with the transport. So I did and when someone identified appeared and the hotel confirmed that it was the hired staff. Then the transport and driver were straightforward and as agreed and expected. Anyway it was a confusing and unpleasant experience at the airport that I would not want to repeat. I would recommend providing the name of the driver on arrival or a clearer identification of who the driver is, because it seems that at the exit of the airport tourists are easy prey for some who take advantage of the confusion..

It was pleasant & very comfortable stay. Hotel staff was ver friendly and helpful. Specially the staff on reception. Clean, the rooms were cosy & upgraded, walking distance to most of the attractions. .

Exceptional. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will keep this hotel in mind the next time I travel to Istanbul.. .

Exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location made exploring Istanbul incredibly convenient. The room was both comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, with Furkan standing out for his recommendations on activities and assistance with our airport transfers. Considering the price and amenities, this hotel offers excellent value.. .

Fantastic !!!. Everything was absolutly perfect. I will definitely return. Great location, perfect bed. I stayed 3 nights and had absolutely no problems. I have to realy thank to Furkan for help and also the girl witch name I forgot - both of them really helped when i needed direction, always smille on their faces ! I felt like home really. I highly recommend this place!. .
