Very kind staff, I was sick with norovirus sadly while here and the staff made sure I was ok… hopefully I’ll come back i. Friendly staff, free parking, beautiful grounds & building close to metro station and motorway. Bit far from city centre and no air conditioning as such I felt just a heater but that’s the only downside.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, nice hotel and close to everything.. Great hotel, my family and I stayed for 8 nights in a junior suite an it was really nice. The room was nice and spacious although the bathroom was old and moldy wish the bathroom was nicer. Great location, gated 24/7 and very close to local restaurants, coffee shops, gelato, souvenir shops and the Metro station. I highly recommend this Hotel but maybe ask for an updated bathroom.. .

New Year in Rome. We spent New Year 2024/25 in Roma and stayed at this hotel. We were kindly upgraded, thank you. Palatial hallways, beautiful gardens, fabulous breakfasts (especially as it came from a social enterprise prison bakery - great idea TH Solidarity), nice clean room and good service. Hotel is a little way out of the city centre but only a few minutes from a metro station. Our daughter had her 16th birthday and the staff gave us some gifts unprompted - very lovely gesture. Really enjoyed Rome and this hotel, highly recommend.. .
