Bad experience. We arrive at 12 pm for check in so the girl at the reception kept asking do you book in Taksim sem hotel? When she confirmed she told us check in at 2 pm so go around and come back. She showed hard face. At 2.30 pm we came back then it took us another 30 minutes to check in. Reason room was not yet cleaned. So we checked out at 7.30 pm same day.. The disrespected treatment at time of check in..

Good value for money. The property is very old and definitely needs renovation but it’s a good value for money and what’s very important- the room was very clean.. Old furniture and lack of renovation.

Not Recommended. Location was good, it's in the Taksim center and the surroundings are easily accessible on foot. Staff was rude, the room was not ready on time, they asked us to wait for 30 mins, but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours The room was clean but not up to the mark. The major disappointment was the bathroom, it was small and everything seemed broken. No one even bothered to check if everything is OK NOT RECOMMENDED.
