Excellent spacious rooms in Spanish Steps location, with a lift and v. good amenities in the room.. Loved our stay here. Highly recommend. Amazing location, building has a lift, very spacious room, with a good bathroom. Comfy bed.
Nice hosts and staff who helped us with our luggage. Although they are not on-site all the time, they stay in close contact on Whatsapp to make sure you have what you need. Excellent daily cleaning service. Great facilities include fridge, kettle and coffee machine.. We thought everything was great! Suites are on level 3, and good news is there is a lift. (Not always the case with beautiful old buildings in Rome). The lift is very small but does the job. If you're a large group or have a lot of luggage, you may need to do a couple of trips. Very minor. We loved our stay here..

Amazing property in the heart of Rome. Spacious suite located in the heart of Rome. Clean and well equipped room. Located right by the Spanish steps but surprisingly quiet for the hustle and bustle at the steps (good windows providing insulation from noise). The staff were very helpful and responsive during our whole stay.. -.

Quick stay in Rome but worth it. Fellini Suites is in the perfect location if you like to walk the city! 200 feet to the Spanish steps, close to Trevi fountain and just over a mile walk to the Coliseum.
And Fabio was a very attentive host and assisted us with getting a driver in and out of the city.. .

Very expensive for the quality experienced. Location was great. The access to the building, the stairs , the smell in the bathroom.
