Not quite up to speed but good location. Location is great if you want to roam the 16th arrondissement in particular Passy area.. Our superior room was small and stuffy. Although we had asked for a room far from the elevator we could still hear it all night long.
No soap in the bathroom and housekeeping wasn’t available upon our arrival..

Pricey room close to Trocadero. The room was nicely decorated, but rather small. The bathroom was rather large for Paris standards. Nice view. Good breakfast. Nice area.. The room was a bit cold. The size and comfort of the room did not justify the price. Slow check-in process..

Best hotel experience in Europe. The hotel is accessible to the metro train, for shopping and restaurants.
People at the reception are very kind and accommodating.
They're are the best, their kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated.
It is worth recommending.
If we plan to go back to Paris with our kids, we will surely be staying here.. .

Very good. Good location. Cant see the eiffel tower from the hotel, but it's still within walking distance. 10-15mins. Kind staffs and clean room. Quiet and comfortable bedding. Low pillow!!. Quite old and tiny. A bit dark light..

Comfortable hotel in nice neighbourhood of Paris. Hotel is located in a residential area of Paris, away from crowded tourist areas, 10 minutes walk from metro station. There is a good choice of restaurants for dinner nearby. We had a nice large room, with big bathroom for Paris standards, very clean. Our room was located on 2nd floor so we took the stairs to avoid the small elevator. Breakfast was good, with friendly staff bringing coffee and thee.. We could hear the noise from the bathrooms in other rooms next door and above. Also noise from guests walking around in the room above us and in the hallway. Also after returning home, I noticed the hotel reception tried to authorise an additional night on my credit card on the 11/11/2024 at 14:00 after we had already left the hotel on the 11/11/2024 in the morning and paid the full amount of the bill. This is surprising, perhaps a computer bug..
