Had the buffet evening meal and the food was excellent !!

Did not expect much but it was less than expected. This was a disappointing experience. I stayed for 1 night and I didn’t expect much but somehow it was even less than I expected. The room had no AC. It was stifling hot and no AC. I was told to open the window... good suggestion... (sarcasm). Opening a window at an airport hotel isn’t something that would spring to mind as being ideal for sleeping... Moving on. The power outlets are not next to the bed. They are on the desk next to the television. Not ideal if you use your phone as an alarm. The airport shuttle was a multi stop bus that was jam packed. It drops you at a common place so do your research first and know where you need to be! At the end of the day, I would not recommend and I will not be returning. Just my experience though.. .

3rd Time Is Not A Charm!. I stayed at this Mercure Paris Roissy CDG twice last year and raved about it, so I booked it again for May 15, 2019. I was sorry I did. It did not seem like the same place!
Check In: The heavy-set fellow at the desk was neither friendly nor helpful, with quick, snarly, and barely understandable phrases. I remember him from last year as being very friendly and happy, and we even chatted a bit as I checked out. This time, he made me feel like he was doing me a favor by letting me stay at his hotel.
The room: The room was not terrible, but it was not very nice. There were three (3) army type cots instead of the double bed I ordered and paid for. Uncomfortable, lumpy and awful feeling. I would have complained but I was too tired and wanted to sleep. The carpet was filthy, stains and worn. The bathroom was old, fixtures look from the Cold War Era. Bathtub was in bad shape, lots of scrapes and gashes, and had stains that will probably never come out. The woodwork is all scrapped up and the smell of the room was musty and stale, not to mention the temperature was way too hot and couldn’t be controlled.
Last year I paid $75 for a room. This year it was $133. WAY too expensive for the quality. Based on cost/quality, I have to give it a 2-Star this time and decided that I won’t be staying at this Mercure anymore. Next time I’ll check out the Campanille just down the street; looks far nicer.. .

. its a nice hotel very clean and great service great location,however one of the staff member needs some training she called my room 5 times even I mentioned 3 times that I was going to checked out a few hours late because of my late flight its like she wanted to kicked me out of the hotel so bad maybe she thought I would not be able to afford the 30 euro for the late checked out?this woman keep calling calling calling calling that was very rude.at least not all of them are rude and its a nice place.. .
