Excellent and appreciated the upgrade tremendously.. I appreciated the upgrade as a return guest. I come with my son and the extra space is really appreciated. We often come over from UK and love having this hotel as a base.. .

Okay hotel but too noisy. Location was convenient. Very near the Gare de l’Est and opposite a nice friendly bistro.. My room was opposite the lift and facing the courtyard so it was VERY noisy. Lots of shouting in the courtyard. I know it’s in a city centre and some noise is to be expected but it was too much..
