nice hotel that needs to fix small things. the building in general, it's nice, the rooms are new and clean, the breakfast and the staff on cuisine was 10/10. the last day that I stayed the elevator (lift) doesn't work, and thats the only exit, I search the emergency exit whit stairs and I found it, after that I can did the check out after walking six levels of stairs with 4 luggages, all that time affect mi time to go to the airport, and the calefaction doesn't work apparently..

Unsafe establishment.. . Someone entered my room with a cardkey at 1 o'clock in the morning telling me 'sorry, I thought you were not here!!!' They were wearing a raincoat and did not identify themselves as someone who belonged to the hotel staff. This incident scared me and perturbed my sleep due to security concerns. The following morning I reported it to the hotel manager who responded that it was the night receptionist. They did not bother giving me a reason for the improper entry in a room reserved by a guest. I will never return to this establishment..

will stay next time!!. everything is clean, room, bed, bathroom, and restaurant!! Every staff was kind, essentially the lady with blonde Hair. I don't know her name. She was very considerate on my last day too.. nothing.
