Exceptional. All kitchen utensils were available and Yusuf was even able to supply some of your missing needs immediately.
The location is perfect, you can quickly reach the square.

Exceptional. The pleasant manager Yusuf kept in constant contact via WhatsApp. We met at the agreed time. He brought additional plates at our request and replaced the faulty microwave oven. Cleaning every day! There were all toiletries and a hairdryer. Plumbing is fine. The room is warm, the heating is on. Excellent WiFi. We were allowed to leave after lunch with no questions asked. The location is great. Within walking distance there is a tram stop, shops, supermarkets (Juice and Snow), many cafes, McDonald's, as well as attractions: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapi... Quiet and safe area.. I saw almost no shortcomings..

Exceptional. Fabulous little place, great outside space too and also in a really good location. It was perfect for me. Yusuf was very kind and helpful and was easy to contact for any queries. A mix up with the rooms on the first night so had to stay next door in their sister property a few doors along, which wasn't great. But it's going to be renovated soon. Was very happy to move to the better room the day after. It was very comfortable.
