Excellent location with great staff, comfort and value for money. I liked the fact they were very helpful and was very courteous. They went above and beyond to help when they could. The meals are great and if you do not fancy taking a trip on the town for meals then it will be up to any restaurant if you want to feel comfort food. The facilities were always clean.. .

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities somehow quiet right on the main drag of Karakoy, convenient to shops, restaurants, and the tram. Staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming.. The rooms are quiet, but there is no ambient sound, so if you are staying with someone and they need to use the bathroom or snore, everything is heard. This is also the case for hearing neighbors enter and exit their rooms. The shower and bathroom are encased in opaque glass, which means that when you turn the light on in one, the room is illuminated. This is problematic if your roommate is sleeping and there is no way to avoid it..

Poor experience !. The spa is so beautiful and lovely is perfect to relax and unwind but we didn't have the luck to relax as we were disturbed every 5 minutes by the man who as working there,
I don't remember his name, terrible spa treatment and very bad service, definitely not coming back never!. .

Excellent staff, perfect location, great amenities. Very nice hotel. Staff is phenomenal and location is perfect. Just opposite the tram stop that takes you so many places. And walking access to everything as well.
Amenities are excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, hamam space. Well equipped gym with everything you need. Very clean hotel too.
Rooms are good but a little different. Sink was in the bedroom, on the counter. The shower and the WC were next to each other but in separate stalls. No issue for a solo traveler, but something to keep in mind. The floor wood tiles were a little warped and out of place, a bit annoying. Hotel offered another room to me (again, great staff, were always there for you) but it wasn't too big a deal so I didn't change. (I did ask for an upgrade and it seems I did get one - to a street view, but the room size was standard.)
Breakfast is good too, many options and convenient hours, they'll even make anything you want outside of the buffet options. Breakfast is included for Platinum members.
Jam at the reception desk was particularly helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed taking to him.
I would definitely stay here again, especially because of the staff. Great space in such an amazing location. Thank you for such a memorable stay!. .

Exceptional. Every thing was perfect, the room it's clean , the breakfast was amazing and delicious, also the staff always smilling and helpful absolutely i will come back again.. I have just one things in every day in cleaning there is no refill for tea and the things in the bathroom like the hand and body cream and body scrub 🙃.
