One of the worst accommodation experiences ever!. . The service was overpriced and felt misleading. They displayed a discount on the Booking platform, offering a non-refundable option, but ended up charging us double. The price was listed as €15 instead of €30, yet I was charged a total of €35, €20 more than the advertised price! If they aren't able to provide rooms at that price, why list them on the platform? It was frustrating to hear them complain about Booking's taxes and fees while still choosing to use the service. Regarding luggage storage, most hostels typically allow guests to store their bags for free for at least 5 to 6 hours after check-out. However, the staff here were strict, claiming that after 2 to 3 hours, guests must collect their luggage. They also didn’t guarantee the safety of our bags at reception, especially with so many people coming and going. Does it mean they don't have a working security system? They required us to pay nearly €15 to €20 just to keep our luggage in a secure area. Ironically, we saw luggage storage facilities near metro stations charging a maximum of €5 to €6 for an entire day! (see price list in attached picture) This experience left a negative impression on us about Turkish hospitality culture, particularly toward women. As for the location, the walk from the metro station to this hostel felt super unsafe, especially at night. There were many strange men staring in an uncomfortable way..

. Ništa mi se nije dopalo. The room is in the basement, there is no bathroom, the view is extremely bad, not recommended.

Room was not good as expected. need to improve all the aspects for the comfortability of user.. Until i request, they did not send me the breakfast. First day no breakfast, then second day when i ask they sent the breakfast. since the food was not delicious, from 3rd day onward i got meals from outside.. They had a big TV, but all are turkish channels only. no any single English channel to watch a movie or news. when we bath, water collects on the floor and drains slowly. room was with tobacco smell. No Dustbin. Only Shampoo was there, no body wash or handwash..

Bad. I did not like anything about the property it was my worst experience in my life. first of all this is quite very far away from city and 2nd thing it is too dirty there was no internet in that property i almost every day request about internet all the time there was no internet some time no hot water in that property in very first day i complain about property in manager and also i contact with Booking.com they said with in 21 hours you will get refund but i didnot get any thing and i also write email but unfortunately i also still didnot get responce back Honestly speaking i feel that i stay in lind of (PRISION) jail really very disappointed and surley no recomended just staff was friendly but my stay in that property was disappointed i hope i will get refund thanks alot.
