A lovely place to stay in Rome. This was a really nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes from Metro and walking distance to the key sights. The front desk is not 24/7 but the owner is very responsive over WhatsApp. I plan to stay again on my next trip to Rome.. .

A perfect place for a romantic getaway!. The location was perfect! The room was quite comfortable and very clean. The staff, Mona, was very pleasant and helpful with the directions and places to visit.
We would like to stay at the property whenever we visit Rome!. We arrived late at the property but had mentioned the time of arrival in the morning. We were disappointed that no one was available, and we did not get any instructions on how to get in. Due to this, we had to ask the neighbours to call the owner/people in charge. I would really suggest that you please take care of this issue.
Otherwise, the stay was PERFECT!.

Very clean, well located; professional, reliable and helpful staff. No breakfast or kitchen at this guest house (has a small fridge and tea and coffee makers in the room). When booking, I thought it was a boutique hotel not a small guest house. Please specify this in your ad on booking.com.

Great place to stay in Rome!. Amazon location, a block away from the Barberini metro station, and very close to the main turists spots in walking distance.
Beautiful and quiet building, very private. Mona, the hostess, is super kind and friendly! I will choose it again!. Everything was amazing!.

Great value for money. Fantastic location and great value for money. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the Trevi fountain and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. Metro station is also nearby. It's easy to find shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The neighborhood also seems quite safe.
Our bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the staff was nice.. The wifi was spotty in our room. I had 2 business video calls and had to switch off my camera to get a more stable connection.
The showerhead holder was broken.
The soundproofing also wasn't the best --- we could hear every time someone entered the guesthouse, the upstairs guests' footsteps/conversation, and the traffic outside..
