Highly recommended 🤩. Safe and great location. Walking distance to the most sights. The staff were really kind and helpful anytime. Everyday cleanliness worth mentioning. The breakfast offers good quality food with good variety, but if you are late for breakfast maybe you will not have many options of food to eat. Regarding the room.. the heating was really nice, the only “problem” was the size. We found superior room a bit small. But, the overall experience was really good.. .

Awful hotel. Avoid this like the plague.. Nothing. This is a truly atrocious hotel. This hotel rating shows that Booking.com ratings are meaningless and cannot be trusted.. I made some specific requests for my room, nothing too difficult, which the hotel did not address at all.
The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. This was made worse when the AC/heater was turned on. The room was unclean and shabby. Staff are disinterested.
Breakfast at this hotel was a complete joke. A few random fruits, a couple of slices of bread do not constitute offering breakfast.
This hotel was awful at any price. Paying £180 for a night's stay here in a standard room was extortionate..

A great stay and a good location for access from the metro and for the main sights. I have to mention Alex on the front desk for taking time out to welcome us and to make us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to look after our bags and to make sure we get the correct directions to where we needed to go :). .

Great location in Paris. Great location, walking distance to place de la concorde and walking distance to Galerie Lafayette. I loved the possibility to fill up the glass water bottles TO GO which were available at the lobby. Great staff, caring and friendly... The baths really need renovation and renewal. Sorry, but for that price, they must be renewed. They look ugly yellow with black corners..
