Overpriced AND the worst bedroom, WiFi and sleeping experience in 30 years of travel.. Only the location. The rest was horrible. Worst Hotel we have stayed at in over 30 years of international and domestic travel. The rooms floors were multi-level and unsafe. The bed was on a platform that stuck out 6"-9" from the bed. The bed was too low. The pillows were hard and horrible. The AC didn't work. The Shower had very poor water pressure. AND worst of all, WiFi was basically not working for two days in the room, despite efforts by the front desk clerk. Do not stay at this hotel. Three other couples traveled with us and had similar experiences. Just the worst. STAY AWAY!.

Exceptional stay!!!! Loved the rooftop!!!!!!. The staff at happy hour were exceptional!!! I want to say his name was Willie but not for sure. Desk staff very helpful and everyone’s English was perfect. Loved the parakeets in the AM!!!!!. Beds just a tad hard but ok. Room a tad small but ok.
Would 100% stay there again..

Really worth the money. Room was very spacious, and breakfast superb both for the food (on-the-spot made on omelette and crepes) and the view. Very well located, easy to walk to the city centre and also many buses and close to the metro.. Very weak WiFi connection.

Wonderful Stay!. The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Jose and Reggie started our mornings with a wonderful breakfast and the lively Willie and Victor ended our days in the rooftop bar. We had not told anyone that it was my husband's birthday while we were there and while enjoying a drink at the rooftop bar, Willie and Victor came out with a bottle of champagne and box of chocolates singing happy birthday to my husband. What a nice surprise! The wifi wasn't the best in the rooms, but it was great in the cozy salons in the lobby. Perfect for watching football by the fireplace. I would definitely stay here again. We were able to walk to all sights from this hotel.. .

Very enjoyable visit. Great location, superb breakfast and a great bar for an aperitivo in the evening. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast chef and Willie in the bar. Beds are firm but room was clean and had everything you could need. Beds are firm.

I S A. Nice location if one has to visit both ways on foot ie Vatican city and the other side of river the historical Rome. Walk is 30 mins. though. Rooms are small and unnecessary furniture. Highlight is roof top with beautiful vatican view.The reception arranged for the car to airport and packed the breakfast .. .
