Very dissatisfied, wish we booked else where in such a beautiful city.. The room was clean and cozy.. The property was located on the 6th floor but their elevator was broken so we had to walk up 6 flights w/ luggage. On our 2nd night they lost power and the AC did not work for our 2nd & 3rd day. To make matters worse, they promised us compensation for the our inconvenience but it was never received..

Good hotel except for negatives mentioned above.. Location, clean comfortable room.. Elevator was broken, had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time. They did hire someone to carry the luggage but still painful. Also, breakfast not included, not Ben a cup of coffee..

Great Hotel , New, Clean. Quiet newly renovated room, looks like. Room is at a fourth floor of a residential building, quiet at night. Walking distance to the Roma termini train station, also few steps to the Republica metro station, if one doesn't like to walk more to get to Roma termini.. Lift was out but was not notified to the guests on Booking or anywhere, so guests have to carry their bags up and downstairs to the fourth floor hotel. When we arrived, it was after 230 pm local, which is after the check in time starts, however, no one was in the hotel to check us in or even open the door for us. So had to go down stairs to a hotel at the 2nd floor, which has had staff available, and beg them to call a number left at the hotel door, because we didn't have an Italian local phone number, then the door was unlocked remotely and we were able to get in and wait for the staff to come and check us in, very interesting experience..

Good!. The Staff attention and kindness, but also the room was really comfortable for 3 of us. We have taken the breakfast and it is recommended if you prefer something good and cheap in Rome.. .
