Good location but bed was below expected comfort. Location close to Sants Station and metro was convenient for us. Ambiance of the hotel was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequately good. Being very tired one evening, we had one dinner there, which was fine (international food). Not many restaurants in this slightly downmarket area although front desk recommended a nice tapas place. Room was satisfactory, large enough and spacious bathroom and shower.. The bed was not very comfortable, in particular the mattress sloped to each side, so one felt like one was going to roll off. The pillows were not very comfortable either for our liking. We have had better beds at other Hiltons. For these reasons we gave value for money a low rating..

Convenient location, very safe area and right next to the big train station with plenty of Metro connections.. Breakfast was average. View from the room window onto the wall. Quite high deposit..

Nice hotel in a good location. Nice hotel in a quiet part of town, close to public transportation and a short walk to lively restaurants and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with a view of the street. Breakfast buffet was just OK, and breakfast staff was quite surly at times. Front desk staff was very pleasant and engaging.. .

Very good. Every employee was incredibly helpful in explaining everything to me when I made certain requests considering my disability. The employees helped me acquire the complimentary breakfast to my table that was offered. In addition, I loved the shower head that was mounted above the ceiling because it was very simple to use as opposed to the other shower head, which requires a lot of finesse to keep steady.. The accessible rooms were smaller than I had anticipated because I had trouble getting around in my electric wheelchair, especially in the corridor where changing directions was difficult..
