Goid location, nice staff but hotel needs attention. Very nice on first entering, cosy and nice decor. Good location.. Not as clean as it should be. Dust was apparent in communal areas. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, yellow stains in the fridge. Not 100% sure that the sheets were fresh as found small marks.
The breakfast was sparse as not replenished and the hot breakfast that was there had the warming hobs turned off so was cold. The server on the first morning seemed to not care so we didn’t eat there again. Expected a fragrant reception area to come back to but got a very strong cooking smell and the night manager was eating in the breakfast area leaving the desk unmanned ..

Really great service with early check in and baggage storage and very helpful staff. Location was great and hotel room was very cozy. Lift is too small and staircase is little risky.

Cute little hotel with great service and hospitality.. Everybody was very friendly from the receptionist to cleaning staff.
I couldn't log onto their WiFi, however, but I didn't ask for help.
Their "breakfast host" was extremely helpful and was busy filling up the buffet and making coffee for me. Great little boutique hotel!. .
