Excellent. Amazing stay and we are very happy to choose again Sayeban Gold Hotel for our stay in Istanbul. This time we took the King Room and was an excellent choice. The breakfast is still great, the staff very kind, the hotel very clean and warm. Thabk you Musa for welcoming us!. .

Exceptional. The location is perfect, very close to all the tourist attractions and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed. The breakfast is very good. I recommend it!. .

Good. The staff service was wonderful, such friendly personnel, always ready to help and advise! Big gratitude to the team! It was also a nice location: close to Eminönü but on a tiny quiet street. Many great places for dinner in the area, too (local food of a high quality). The hotel has a nice view on Bosforus in the restaurant where they offer breakfast, and a secret rooftop terrace ;) The room was very clean.. I was travelling together with my friend, in the booking it was clearly mentioned that we will be two. However, we got a room with one bed (and even only one blanket, so we had to ask for another one at the reception). The room was extremely small for two people, but we were rejected in having a different one. Also the promised "city view" was nothing but a regular building just in front if us (so no view at all). I was surprised not to find some basic facilities like a shoe horn or a towel rack. The shower was half broken and the ventilation did not exist at all although the room seemed to be pretty fresh. What upset me the most was the small drawer in the bathroom: why the door is opening in such a weird way?? Why not to the opposite side? Super inconvenient, especially when it's your absolutely only place to put at least a toothbrush....

Price performance hotel in the city center. The location is super because you have 10mins walking to center. The staff is super polite and warm.. A bit dirty room (floor in the room was sticky, mirror was dirty..). Nothing crucial..

Well-rounded boutique style hotel. Musa went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant trip. He provided lots of of information on our stay and also gave great suggestions of local gems and restaurants.. .

The location is great, the staff is kind, and the breakfast is good.. There are several things I would like to highlight: 1) The staff is super friendly, they're all really helpful and give great suggestions to make your time in Istanbul even better. 2) The breakfast area offers a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, making the breakfast experience exceptionally enjoyable. 3) Breakfast is super plentiful and very rich. It's not a buffet, so if you don't want to eat something, just ask the staff in the restaurant and they'll adjust the portions to avoid waste. Marian is super friendly and kind, big thanks to her. For breakfast, the hotel has black olives, tomato, cucumber, and two other things that change every day. They might have tzatziki, chickpeas, olives with dry tomatoes, or pickles. They also give you eggs, bread, different cheeses, and jam. You can have tea or coffee, and you can also have one sweet thing every day. 4) The location is awesome!. The bathroom in our room was a bit old and had some fungus, but it wasn't too bad. You can get a renovated room if you want, but it'll cost a bit more..
