Very good. The staffs! They were so kind, accommodating and assisted us from changing our booking dates, to airport transfer, ordering food delivery, and even called a taxi because it was raining. They are really great and they made sure everything that was covered. The rooms are being properly cleaned everyday.. The location was a bit far to Taksim Square, you have to take a taxi otherwise walking is not a good option. A nearby bus stop was there but you have to climb the stairs and walk again uphill to reach it. The rooms are not that sound proof, if other rooms in our floor slams/closed their doors - our door was shaking and we can hear it loudly..

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its good service, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is modern, very clean, and located in a calm and peaceful area. One of the receptionists,Fikret speaks Arabic fluently and was exceptionally helpful, and friendly—he not only helped us find a taxi to our destination but also offered us tea, and many tips, making us feel very welcome. He made a special effort to answer all our questions about transportation in the area, providing clear and detailed guidance. I want to express my gratitude to anoyher receptionist Ahmed, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He has good English skills and dedication to assisting clients . I had an issue with my credit card, and he spent over an hour trying multiple tools to resolve it, showcasing remarkable professionalism. A special thanks to Gülay, who ensured everything was perfectly clean and comfortable . She knocked on the door every morning to check if I needed anything.The entire team was extremely friendly, communicative, and attentive to client needs, making the experience even better.. The metro station is conveniently close, but do keep in mind that Şişli has some steep slopes, which might make carrying luggage a bit challenging. In such cases, taking a taxi is a more practical option...

Not for people who appreciate clean hotels. The staff from reception very friendly and nice.. This hotel was not clean at all. Our room was not cleaned properly, sheets with dark stains, bathroom full of hair on the floor and was smeling cigarettes. Who is doing the cleaning really does not do their job. We complained to the reception and a nice guy agreed to give us another room. This new room was smelling ok but we found shit inside toilet..

I would like to thank the staff for trying their best to make our stay a comfortable one. Very clean & the staff are exceptionally helpful & polite.. The location is not convenient given the hotel is at a lower level than the Main Street. So, to go to anywhere on foot you either need to climb lots of steps or take a steep street uphill to reach the Main Street where the public transportation & stores are located..
