Welcoming and pretty rooms. staff was very friendly and welcoming. perfect location to reach all the pubs and cafes. strong and hot shower, silent aircon. pretty room. nothing.

Passable. Location and cleaness. The room was very different from the photos showed on the website. During the reservation process, it wasn't specified that the budget room was in the basement. We asked for an upgrade but the staff replied that this could be discussed only at our arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no availability for a better option..

Exceptional. Great location. a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. staff were very friendly. they upgraded our room at no extra cost. I think the value was amazing. would highly recommend this place to a friend. .

Don’t stay at this hotel for the low lodging rate. I booked this hotel out of curiosity for one night due to my other ho. Front desk staff managed to find a taxi for me to go to my other hotel which I booked for the rest of my stay in Istanbul. Not easy for taxi to find this tiny obscure hotel hidden among the labyrinth alleys in Taksim. I had to pay 6-7 dollars worth of locals currency for a 5 min ride…!!. From the airport the taxi driver couldn’t find this hotel and I had to walk with my rolled luggage after asking to be dropped off 3 min away from the venue on Google map. I walked around for nearly 15 min after trying many alternative routes and later realized it was perhaps inaccesible for taxi due to the walking stairs btw lower and higher streets. The hotel’s room was tiny and cramped like a box. Couldn’t turn around in the bathroom. The linen felt coarse and took me a long time to fall sleep. Breakfast was served with an egg with mild dark spots…..

my room was so clean with cheap price in taksim but in bad location of taksim. this hotel located in very bad area in taksim.also breakfast with no choice.but reception was so helpful and freindly. i think they should have better breakfast.
