Turkish receptionict is bad. The hotel is far away... There are no restaurants, supermarkets or pharmacies near by. There are only two graveyards. There was a turkish receptionict (white with curly black hair) was extreamly rude and refused to help me and when I asked a question twice, he didnt talk, he started to use sign language, he shouted at me and refused to let me talk to the manager. They often make fun of me when I walk pass them. I dont know why. A female employee was standing by the door and looked at me like I am discusting. The breakfast resturant was good and the workers were very good. But the roof resturant was nothing like photos, it was dark and dirty and the waiter looked scary and high on drugs or drunk... And he harrassed me. I dont recommend women to go to the roof resturant alone. The meals were very expensive.. .

Pathetic hotel, not 5 star worthy !!. It is not at all 5 star worthy and the customer service is completely zero. When we arrived at midnight (even though they were informed) our rooms were not available and we were given rooms on two separate floors. And when we reached the rooms were not ready. They moved us to another room and they were not very clean either. When we complained to the hotel manager he said they were not informed. Night manager Orhun, said they would move our luggage to the rooms next day when we will go for the tour but instead the morning manager expected us to bring our luggage since the hotel was fully booked. They gave us twin beds instead of double beds. There are limited options for vegetarian and the hotel is no where close to a 5 star. The washrooms are old and need repair. The faucets and showers are leaking and the toiletries provided are sub standard.. .

This hotel can't be even 1 STAR. I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel, which unfortunately fell far short of expectations. I have tried to write this in nice way but I wish I can give this hotel ZERO STAR for not only bad facility but the worst customer service. It was in July when the temperature was 40+ the room has no Air condition it was terrible night. I paid the hotel $1500 but I left the hotel 6:30AM and they refused to refund the money or even provide me with checkout document. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find that the cleanliness of my room was below acceptable standards. The room was not properly cleaned, and I encountered various issues such as stained carpets and uncleaned bathroom fixtures. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are notably outdated. The furniture was worn, and the overall ambiance did not reflect the quality one would expect from a hotel of your advertised standard. Customer Service: My interactions with the staff were far from satisfactory. Requests for assistance were often met with indifference, and there was a lack of responsiveness to basic needs and concerns. Billing Issues: Most concerning was the billing issue. Despite being assured at checkout that I would only be charged for one night, I was later informed by my travel agency that I was billed for the full five-night stay. Despite this discrepancy, the hotel has refused to issue a refund, leaving me with a frustrating and unresolved situation. Given these multiple issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.. .

The hotel has a good breakfast and location, but we really didn't like everything else!. 1) Before check-in, they didn't respond to any of our messages for 5 days. 2) We asked for the room to be cleaned for 3 days in a row - and they didn't do it for 5 days. We talked to the reception and pressed the button, but it didn't work. 3) My sister came with a 4-year-old child. They didn't let us in, saying we needed a passport for that. The next day, they showed us the child's passport, and they told us to pay an extra 20 euros. The hotel has a good breakfast and location, but we really didn't like everything else!. .

Passable. Clean hotel and room with good facilities.. Disappointing experience. Staff were unfriendly and didn't even greet us upon arrival. Had lunch at the restaurant, and despite being hotel guests, we were told we had to pay immediately (instead of billing the room) as instructed by reception—no explanation, just poor attitude. For a 5-star hotel, the service and staff training felt more like 1 star..

Comfortable stay with nice staff from pretty high price.. Very nice extensive breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and big Staff is nice, and fruit and water is provided to the rooms for free, which is a nice little extra.. Hotel is far from center of Istanbul. Price is pretty steep. Food from the hotel restaurant is very expensive. Rooms/facilities are a bit outdated..
