My impressions. Location- was able to walk to Colosseum in <30 min, St Peters in about 35min, Pantheon/Campo Fiori/ Pantheon about 10min . If you want to use metro, there is not a close by stop, but buses do stop out front . That being said, it is on a main road and our room faced the street, even with the windows shut tight, could hear rowdy people on Saturday night on street and the police/ambulance sirens.
Staff at front desk were helpful with any questions and able to arrange departure taxi.
Room- it is Europe and Rome , so yes on small side , but we were mostly out and about so no concern. Bathroom modern. There is rooftop terrace with some seating that we sat at a couple of times .
We had breakfast with our room and the breakfast room had plenty of seating, and a nice variety, did not get bored by the options .. .

Location, room, service. Great location, central to all main tourist attractions. Room was spacious and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. They offered suggestions for shopping and restaurants and assisted with booking transport. The breakfast options were great and plentiful.. .

Fine but not great. I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here but I also wouldn't recommend it.
Pros:
It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. It's walking distance to Piazza Navona and the Colosseum. There is a convenience store right next door to buy water and snacks.
Cons:
The rooms are small. There's a busy bus stop right out front so you have to push through a crowd to get in the door. The immediate surroundings are quite busy and it's not adjacent to any cafes or restaurants. I just think we could have found a more picturesque location to stay and I wouldn't come back here for that reason.. .
